We recommend that a Worker is measured every 3 to 5 years.
Any Foundation assessment that is 5 or more years old is not a reliable Risk Profile for a Worker and should not be trusted as a reflection of current knowledge.
Induction:
The Worker was aware of the processes, hazards & controls on the date shown. Inductions are about the things happening around the Worker. Inductions should be renewed periodically, following a change in process, or a change in the hazards and controls.
Industry Induction
The Worker has verified their knowledge of the common processes, hazard & controls in an industry. This has been verified through a supervised, quality-controlled assessment. This assessment process is audited by a third party.
Work Area Induction
The company that controls the Work Area is satisfied that the Worker understands the processes, hazards & controls of this Work Area.
Other
The company that has issued this record is satisfied that the Worker has met the criteria to undertake certain activity, using specific Equipment or Materials, in certain Work Areas.

Competency:
The Worker has been Trained to a Standard, has had their Knowledge confirmed, and is gathering ongoing records of their Skills & Experience. If a Worker has a competency record here, they are able to show you records of how skillful they are.
Gold Standard
These are based on Industry recognized standards.
The Worker has passed a Supervised, quality-controlled Industry Knowledge Assessment.
Gold competencies are audited by a third party.
Silver Standard
These are based on Industry recognized standards.
The Worker has passed a 'self-serve' industry Knowledge Assessment.
Bronze Standard
These competencies are issued by the company, according to the companies definition of competency.
The Worker has been signed off as competent by a Moderator of the company.
Credential:
A Worker has attended a course, and met the requirement at that moment in time.
Credentials are about things that the Worker does.
Credentials do not provide evidence of the Worker demonstrating their skills and experience in an ongoing manner, and so require a Worker to attend the course again each time it expires.
Training Record
The Worker has attended a training course, and met the training outcomes set by the training provider.
Qualification
The Worker has achieved a qualification that is issued by the company.
Other
The Worker has satisfied the criteria set by the issuing company.
